Please take the time to read about this guarantee, when finished you will wonder why everybody doesn’t buy a mattress from R&S Mattress. No company offers a no questions asked 5-year comfort guarantee. Some companies will offer 30, 60 and sometimes 90-day comfort guarantee and even that comes with exceptions. You will have to pay a restocking fee or are forced to spend hundreds more and upgrade your mattress set. With R&S Mattress if it has been over 30 days from your purchase you call your sales representative and tell him that you aren’t comfortable with your mattress and he will schedule a time to send an inspector out to look over your mattress and make sure that it is in good shape and that there hasn’t been any customer misuse. At this time the inspector will go over your concerns and make arrangements to have your mattress set picked up and taken to our factory. At this time it will be made softer or firmer and adjusted to the comfort you specify. Because we don’t want to inconvenience our customers this process will all be done in the same day.

How do you do this?

A mattress is a big investment and at R&S Mattress we care about our customers. We are able to offer this service because we have a factory. Stopping our production for an hour or so during the day isn’t that big of a deal for us if we know that we are helping one of our customers to get a better nights sleep. A good nights rest is the single most important factor into how a person feels the next day and your mattress plays the biggest role in helping you get that rest.

Why do you do this?

R&S Mattress has been doing this for our customers for years and it was one of our customers that told us we should let everybody know about this. This particular customer came into our store wanting to buy another mattress and it had been three years ago that she had bought her mattress from us. I asked her why did she want another mattress? Was there something wrong with the mattress that we sold you before? She stated that she was in an accident and had to have back surgery and that she now had to sleep on a firmer mattress. It was then that I told her that she shouldn’t have to invest more money in another mattress we she had one at home in great shape. I told her we could pick it up and have it made a little firmer for her and that all she would have to pay is a pickup and delivery fee. She was ecstatic! We would have a couple customers call and say that there was something wrong with their bed and that they wanted us to come out and look at it. We would then go out and inspect the mattress and find that under all warranty guidelines there was nothing wrong with the mattress and that it was only a comfort issue. Then we would take the mattress to our factory and adjust it to the comfort that you the customer desire.
